Welcome to JET Veridian. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the JET Veridian mobile attendance and workforce application. By logging into and using this application, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Authorized Use & Account Access

JET Veridian is an enterprise workforce management system. Accounts are provisioned exclusively by authorized organization administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are strictly prohibited from sharing your credentials with any third party.

2. Device Binding & Single-Device Policy

To ensure system integrity, your user account is bound to your physical mobile device using a unique cryptographic device signature. You agree not to attempt to clone, emulate, or run this application on multiple unauthorized hardware environments simultaneously.

3. Location & Attendance Integrity (Anti-Spoofing)

The application captures foreground geographic coordinates and front-camera facial liveness data solely to verify physical presence at designated organizational work sites. Users strictly agree not to:

• Use mock locations, virtual GPS applications, or location-masking software.
• Attempt attendance marking via pre-recorded videos, static photographs, digital screens, or physical masks to bypass liveness gesture checks.
• Engage in "buddy punching" or attempt to log attendance on behalf of another individual.

Any detected manipulation of location or biometric liveness may constitute workplace misconduct subject to internal administrative action by your employer.

4. Biometric Processing & Workforce Records

By using the attendance check-in feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Facial frames captured by the front camera are processed in real time solely to detect genuine liveness and verify workplace presence. Biometric analysis is never utilized for marketing, profiling, or third-party commercial purposes.
• Attendance timestamps, geographic locations, and submitted check-in photos constitute business records managed by your employer (the data controller). Inquiries regarding record retention or data corrections must be submitted through your organization's administrative channels.
• You are responsible for keeping the application updated via Google Play to ensure proper security, hardware synchronization, and system compatibility.

5. Service Availability & Connectivity

JET Veridian requires active network access (cellular data or Wi-Fi) and functional device hardware (GPS sensor and camera) to record attendance events. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service provider is not liable for delayed attendance submissions resulting from carrier network outages, hardware failure, or device battery depletion.

6. Termination & Access Revocation

Your access to JET Veridian is managed by your employer or organization. Your organization’s administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate app access immediately upon termination of employment or suspected breach of company policies.
