JET Veridian does not continuously track employee location and does not use background location tracking for attendance purposes.

Location information associated with attendance records may be retained as part of the corresponding attendance record.

4. Photographs and Identity Verification

Photographs and Identity VerificationJET Veridian may use the device camera or image storage to process photographs for attendance, directory records, and identity verification.

Photographs may be used to support:

Employee directory profiles created and maintained by authorized organization administratorsAttendance verification photographs are retained for 90 days and are then deleted according to our standard retention schedule, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Authorized representatives or administrators of the employee's organization may access attendance photographs for legitimate attendance and workforce-management purposes.

The Application may utilize on-device image positioning technology solely to ensure a face is present and centered prior to selfie capture. This check runs locally on the device and is not used to identify individuals.

JET Veridian provides QR-based attendance functionality.

Information obtained through QR-based functionality is used to identify the relevant organization, attendance context, or authorized attendance process and to provide the associated service.

QR-based information may be processed and stored as necessary to maintain attendance records and provide the functionality.

JET Veridian may maintain information associated with employee attendance, including:

Latitude and longitude associated with attendance records are retained permanently as part of the attendance record, subject to applicable legal and organizational requirements.

Attendance records may be accessed by authorized representatives of the employee's organization for legitimate attendance and workforce-management purposes.

JET Veridian may process information associated with employee leave requests and leave records.

This information is used to provide and manage leave-related workforce services, including submitting, reviewing, approving, and maintaining leave records.

Access to leave information is controlled according to the permissions and authorization configured for the organization.

JET Veridian may send notifications relating to attendance, leave, account activity, and other relevant Application services.

Notification access is controlled by the Android operating system and can be managed through device settings.

If notifications are disabled through device settings, certain notification functionality may not be available.

JET Veridian utilizes standard mobile push notification services to deliver operational alerts, shift updates, and administrative notifications to your device.

The Employee's Organization

Authorized representatives or administrators of the employee's organization may access information necessary for legitimate attendance, leave, workforce-management, administrative, and organizational purposes.

The employee's organization is responsible for determining how employee information is used within its organization, subject to applicable law and its own policies.

Other information: Other information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain workforce records, protect the Service, resolve disputes, meet contractual requirements, support legitimate organizational purposes, or comply with applicable law.
